By using Smallur.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms below.
1. Agreement Overview

By using Smallur.com ("Smallur", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these legally binding Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site and services immediately.

2. Services and Account Access
2.1 Description of Services
Smallur provides tools to shorten URLs, create custom-branded links, manage those links with analytics, and share PDF files temporarily. All features are currently provided free of charge.
2.2 User Eligibility
To use Smallur, you must be at least 13 years old and legally allowed to use the services in your location. Users under 18 must have parental consent.
2.3 Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current information when required
- Not use the services to transmit unlawful, offensive, or malicious content
- Not engage in spam, abuse, or anything that could harm the platform or others
- Respect intellectual property rights and privacy of others
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
3. URL Shortening Service
3.1 Service Description
Smallur provides URL shortening services with analytics and custom aliases. Links are stored indefinitely unless explicitly deleted or found to violate these terms.
3.2 Acceptable Use
You may not use our service for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes. This includes but is not limited to spam, phishing, malware distribution, linking to illegal content, or creating redirect loops.
3.3 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the URLs you shorten and their content. We reserve the right to remove links that violate these terms without notice.
4. PDF File Sharing
4.1 File Storage
PDF files are stored temporarily for 24 hours with access expiring after 24 hours and automatic deletion after 48 hours. Maximum file size is 10MB.
4.2 File Content
You must have the right to share any files you upload. Prohibited content includes copyrighted material without permission, malware, illegal content, and personal information of others without consent.
4.3 No Backup or Recovery
We do not provide backup or recovery services. All files are automatically deleted and cannot be recovered after the expiration period.
5. Intellectual Property and Content
5.1 User Content
If you submit testimonials or other content to us, you grant Smallur a global, royalty-free license to use, modify, and promote it for service improvement and marketing purposes.
5.2 Ownership
All content on the site — including design, text, code, and branding — is owned by Smallur or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
5.3 External Links
Smallur may link to external sites for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or security.
6. Service Availability and Disclaimers
6.1 Service Availability
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.
6.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Use of Smallur is at your own risk.
6.3 Data Loss
While we take precautions to protect data, we are not liable for any loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures.
7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
7.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Smallur is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed $1 USD in any case.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Smallur harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the site, including violations of these Terms or third-party rights.
8. Dispute Resolution and Legal Terms

Before taking formal legal action, you agree to first try to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting support@smallur.com.
8.2 Arbitration
If the issue cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to settle the dispute through confidential, binding arbitration conducted by a neutral third party. You waive your right to file a lawsuit in court and to participate in class-action lawsuits.
8.3 Class Action Waiver
You may only bring claims against Smallur on an individual basis. You may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
8.4 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration will be handled under the same law.
9. Termination
9.1 Your Right to Terminate
You may stop using Smallur at any time without notice.
9.2 Our Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or abuse the service.
9.3 Effect of Termination
After termination: You must stop using the service, any licenses granted to you will end, and certain sections of these Terms (e.g., indemnity, limits of liability) will still apply.
10. Final Provisions
10.1 Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. It is part of this agreement.
10.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Smallur regarding the site and services. Any previous agreements or understandings are replaced by these Terms.
10.3 Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
